Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy

By working together, you’ll learn to communicate more openly, set healthier boundaries, and create relationships that feel safe, honest, and connected.

I hold graduate degrees in psychology and mental health counseling and am a licensed mental health counselor in New York State. I began my career as a case manager and later transitioned into clinical research, gaining experience supporting clients with diverse identities. During the COVID-19 lockdown, I joined a private practice, where I discovered my passion for helping clients navigate relational and generational challenges.

I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to carry emotional pain in silence. Growing up in a Latino household shaped by traditional Christian values, emotional struggles were kept private, and therapy wasn’t an option. It took years of unlearning to realize that silence isn’t strength, and healing requires support.

Becoming a mom has deepened my personal and professional commitment to building healthier relationships and breaking generational patterns. I hold space for Latinx and BIPOC clients navigating similar paths of deconstructing harmful belief systems, healing spiritual and generational trauma, and creating relationships that feel safe, honest, and intentional.
