GRIEVING TOGETHER: A PREGNANCY LOSS WORKSHOP

Some losses don’t come with a funeral…

  • Pregnancy loss is one of the most common and most quietly carried griefs there is. The world often moves on before you've had a chance to begin. You may have smiled through conversations, returned to work, said you were fine, all while carrying something enormous, alone.

This workshop was created to change that.

Grieving Together is a 2-hour in-person experience for individuals and couples who have experienced pregnancy loss at any stage. This will be an intentional space where your grief gets to be witnessed, named, and honored in community.

You will leave having processed something you may have never had language for before.

  • Over two hours, you will move through:

    • A guided somatic meditation to ground you in your body and gently name what you've been carrying

    • Journaling prompts designed to surface what grief has kept silent

    • A paired witness exercise — a structured, boundaried space to be heard without advice or fixing

    • A reflection card group share

    • A closing circle with fellow participants

This workshop is designed to be gentle, boundaried, and safe. You will never be asked to share more than you are ready to give.

  • When: Saturday, July 25th, 2026

    Time: 1pm to 3pm

Where: Astoria, Queens, NY (exact location will be sent to you once you register)

  • Cancellation & Refund Policy

Life and grief can be unpredictable. I have created this policy to be as fair and compassionate as possible while honoring the intentional, limited-capacity nature of this space.

More than 7 days before the event A full refund will be issued.

3–7 days before the event A 50% refund will be issued. At this point, your seat is unlikely to be filled by another participant, and materials and preparations are already underway.

Less than 72 hours before the event No refund will be issued. However, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us of the name change at least 24 hours before the event so we can prepare accordingly.

No-show without notice No refund will be issued for participants who do not attend and do not notify us in advance.

I recognize that this workshop holds a particular kind of emotional weight, and that grief does not follow a schedule. If you are experiencing an acute personal crisis, a medical emergency, or a circumstance that makes attendance impossible close to the event date, please reach out to me directly at ingrid@collabehealing.com. I will always do my best to work with you individually and with care.

By registering for this workshop, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this cancellation and refund policy.

  • This workshop will ask you to turn toward your grief — gently, and at your own pace. Some of what surfaces may be tender. You do not have to have it together to attend. In fact, this space was built for exactly the moments when you don't.

By registering, you consent to photos and videos being taken during the workshop for use on social media. Your privacy matters deeply. No audio of personal shares, reflections, or any part of the paired or group exercises will ever be recorded or shared. Photography and video will capture the atmosphere and experience of the space, not your most vulnerable moments.

If you are currently in crisis or experiencing acute mental health symptoms, I encourage you to reach out to a licensed provider for individual support before attending a group experience. I am happy to connect you with resources.

About Your Facilitator

My name is Ingrid Camacho — a licensed therapist, mental health coach, and the person who will be holding this space for you.

I specialize in relationships, parenting, and intergenerational trauma, working with individuals and couples through some of life's most tender transitions. My approach is somatic and emotionally focused. I believe healing happens not just in the mind, but in the body, and in community with others.

I created Grieving Together because pregnancy loss kept finding its way into my personal and professional spaces, carried quietly by people who had never been given permission to fully feel it. People who had smiled through conversations, returned to work, and said they were fine while privately wondering if they were allowed to still be grieving.

I wanted to build the space that didn't exist.

Every element of this workshop was created with one intention: to give your grief the witness it has always deserved. I don't take lightly the trust it takes to walk into a room like this one. I will be ready to receive you with care.
